DENVER—A Denver deputy fired shots at a driver early Wednesday because he felt threatened.

Denver Police Department spokesman Sonny Jackson says the deputy was in uniform on his way to work in his personal truck at about 3:30 a.m. when the incident occurred.

According to KMGH-TV ( ), no injuries were reported.
