After two singles — “Started From the Bottom” and “5 a.m. in Toronto” — ’s new album “It Was Never the Same” is shaping up to be full of heat. To continue building the hype, Drake has released a new video for “5.a.m. in Toronto.”
The video, directed by Ram Accoumeh and Andrew Hamilton, was filmed at Beach Blast in Toronto. Here in his home town, Drake and co. are entertained by a game of volleyball between bikini-clad ladies. Itap a nice change from the gratuitous party images we typically see from Drake for these kinds of songs. Check the MC in his fly threads, including a “Welcome to the Family” sweatshirt featuring the original Cash Money members.
