The residential phase of the Kent Place development is beginning with the announcement that 300 high-end, luxury apartment residences will be built on the site of the former Denver Seminary.
The residences, known as the Kent Place Residences, are being developed by Denver-based Forum Real Estate Group .
The Kent Place Residences, at the intersection of South University Boulevard and East Hampden Avenue, will be to the north and west of

said the residential component of the Kent Place development has been long-anticipated and the leasing office will open in the fall.
Other stores in Kent Place’s retail area include Patxi’s, a San Francisco-based pizza restaurant; Kriser’s, a pet supply and grooming store; and Wine Pro .
