The Bank of Colorado on Wednesday completed its acquisition of New West Bank of Greeley three months after it was first announced.
With more than $2.3 billion in assets, Bank of Colorado absorbed New West’s two branches — in Eaton and Greeley — as well as its assets of more than $175 million.
The Fort Collins-based BoC now has 35 locations across Colorado and New Mexico and is one of four bank subsidiaries held by Nebraska-based Pinnacle Bancorp, Inc., which has $7.3 billion in assets.
New West Bank had provided banking services for personal, farm and business needs.
