A father and son have been charged with first-degree murder in connection with a fatal shooting.
Daryl Thompson, 42, and Daryl Thompson Jr., 19, are suspects in the death of Charles Harris, 37, according to the Denver District Attorney’s Office.
Harris was near the intersection of East 38th Avenue and Grape Street.
Prosecutors said Thompson Jr. shot Harris after an altercation.
The pair is being held without bond at the Denver jail.
They are scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
