Business owner Shelly Rewinkle moved her Grand Salon out of LoDo earlier this year for new digs in Highland, but she has turned the site of the original salon into a spot for affordable beauty, grooming and waxing services. City Salon opened about a month ago in the West End Lofts at 1435 Wazee St. #104, catering to time-and budget-conscious clients by encouraging walk-ins and offering $31 basic haircuts for women and men, partial highlights, blowouts and updos.
