GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.—One of two men accused of killing a man by burning him alive inside a recreational vehicle will serve up to 30 years in prison.

Lucos Schultz pleaded guilty Monday to conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in connection with the 2012 death of Bill Smith.

According to the Grand Junction Daily Sentinel ( ), Julius Sutton pleaded not guilty and is scheduled for trial starting July 22.
