Shortly after finishing up a summer on the festival circuit, a European tour and a spot opening for the Flaming Lips this fall, will play two shows in Colorado in October.
Tame Impala plays the on Oct. 27 and the on Oct. 26. These are the band’s first Colorado shows since releasing the excellent sophomore album, “Lonerism.”
Tickets for the Ogden Theatre show are $28.50 and Boulder Theater tickets are $25. Both go on sale on Friday.
So far this year the band has played Coachella, Primavera Sound Festival and Sasquatch! Music Festival. In May, Tame Impala bassist Nick Allbrook left the band.
