BRIGHTON, Colo.—The city of Brighton has lifted a boil-water advisory after it isolated a site that tested positive for E. coli bacteria.

On Wednesday, the city advised residents to boil their water before drinking, cooking or brushing teeth with it after samples tested positive for E. coli. The boil warning was lifted Saturday morning, according to The Denver Post ().

As of Friday, there have been no reports of related illnesses. Residents within the affected area were advised to evacuate their homes, and were relocated to hotels at the city’s expense.
