COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Colorado Springs police have arrested an active Fort Carson soldier in connection with a home invasion and sexual assault last week.
The Gazette reports that 22-year-old Felicion Alexander Charles faces charges including sexual assault and robbery ( ). Authorities say Charles was one of two men who broke into an apartment complex last Monday in southwestern Colorado Springs.
A female victim stated that two unknown males entered her home and one sexually assaulted her at gunpoint while the other burglarized her home. The second suspect remains at-large.
Charles is a Specialist in the 497th Engineer Company, 52nd Engineer Battalion. He is being held on $1.501 million bond at the El Paso County Jail.
