Officials re-opened all lanes of westbound Interstate 76 about 9:00 on Tuesday morning after the entire highway had been closed for more than 2 hours because of a jackknifed semi truck.
The accident closed all westbound lanes at about 6 a.m. One lane was re-opened about 8:15 a.m.
