PUEBLO, Colo.—Bounty hunters looking for a wanted man triggered a 90-minute standoff at a Pueblo apartment Tuesday that came to an end when a police tactical squad intervened.
Ray Gonzales surrendered after he talked to police from a second-story window while police kept their weapons aimed at him.
According to the Pueblo Chieftain (), Gonzales was arrested on two warrants accusing him of third-degree assault and a restraining order violation.
