COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Colorado Springs police say a man who was shot and killed outside a downtown nightclub over the weekend was a Fort Carson soldier.
Police said Monday that 22-year-old Deangelo Brown was shot early Sunday.
The Gazette reports ( ) Brown served in the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division and was a food service specialist.
The Army lists his hometown as Jacksonville, Fla.
