CENTENNIAL — Prosecutors were granted a delay in the domestic violence case against Denver Nuggets’ guard Tywon “Ty” Lawson on Friday.
Prosecutors said deputies need more time to investigate the case, so the judge moved the next hearing to Sept. 13.
Lawson and his pregnant girlfriend, Ashley Nicole Pettiford, at his home on Saturday night, Arapahoe County Sheriff Grayson Robinson said.
