
The big Cherry Creek North fashion show that was postponed due to heavy rains and flooding in the Denver metro area Sept. 12 has been rescheduled for Oct. 18 and relocated to the JW Marriott, 150 Clayton Lane. The event begins at 6 p.m. with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, and the runway show will be at 8 pm. The show will include 20 retailers of clothing and accessories in the shopping district, kicking of with children’s fashions by and . Then it’s on to men’s and women’s fall trends from such stores as , Mariel, , Europtics and such newcomers to the district as Calypso St. Barth. Ticket holders who can’t attend due to the date change can get a refund by contacting Candice Jones at candice.jones@dhha.org by Sept. 26. After that date, they can’t make refunds, says Jones, special events manager for Denver Health Foundation, the evening’s charity partner. Tickets that remain for the event will go on sale Oct. 1.
