Friday-Saturday. Festival season isn’t done with us yet: this weekend the women-centric experimental music fest Titwrench will mark its fifth anniversary with performances from local and national artists Suzi Q. Smith, Fingers of the Sun, Bigawatt, Man Hands, Emily Frembgen, LadySpeech, Rachael Pollard, Month of Sundays, Milch de la Máquina and others. Founded by Denver-rooted DJ and producer Sarah Slater, the festival — which calls itself “a feminist art and music collective” — is the rare all-ages and kid-friendly event that offers underground music and art with a DIY, interactive twist. Various times Sept. 6-7. Glob art space, 3551 Brighton Blvd. Rhino, 3553 Brighton Blvd. Mercury Cafe, 2199 California St.
