The healthcare industry will continue to see a demand for Laboratory Technicians as advancements in the study of human genetics and a continuously aging population creates an ever-growing need for medical tests. Concorde’s Medical Laboratory Technician program provides students with the necessary skills to generate accurate laboratory data needed to aid in detecting cancer, heart attacks, diabetes and identify bacteria that causes infections, as well as detecting drugs of abuse. These skills will allow them to assist physicians in patient diagnosis and treatment.
