• Because of a reporter’s error, a story on Page 1 on Oct. 8 about three storm chasers who died in the May 31 tornado in El Reno, Okla., stated that Bob Young, father of victim Carl Young, was present at a meeting in Oklahoma City with relatives of the other victims. He did not attend that meeting.
• Because of a production error, a story that appeared on page 4A on Monday about improvements to the Bear Creek Trail in southwest Denver first appeared in August 2011. Proposed work described in the story is now complete.
