Air Force coach Troy Calhoun is using his team’s bye week to evaluate sophomore quarterback Karson Roberts after he left Thursday night’s game against San Diego State with a head injury.

The Falcons returned to the practice field Tuesday, giving Calhoun his first chance to see Roberts since Thursday night.

Freshman Nate Romine finished the game against the Aztecs, completing 5-of-11 passes for 111 yards and a touchdown.
