COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—A Colorado Springs man is facing charges after his 4-year old daughter was found wandering along a highway on Tuesday.
Police say Ryan Kauffman is facing a misdemeanor child abuse charge stemming from the incident.
The girl was found near a highway in her pajamas and police sent out an alert.
The girl’s father later called police saying he’d just awakened from a nap and saw his daughter’s picture on the news.
