After falling down a flight of stairs in his home nearly three years ago, James Nall, now 32, was paralyzed and told that he would never walk again. At the time, Nall said that he had zero function aside from the middle toes on his left foot – an involuntary movement. Now, Nall, who is pursuing his bachelor’s degree at Metro State, is training hard to prove to those who said he could not, and, more importantly, to himself that he will walk again.
