Lakewood police want help identifying a man who scratched windows of 10 businesses in the Belmar area causing about $20,000 in damage.
The suspect used some type of etching tool to scratch unreadable scribbles into 10 windows on Oct. 16 at about 1:30 a.m.
The man is described as being between 20 and 30 years of age, 5-feet, 10-inches tall with a thin build. He was wearing blue jeans, a black jacket and a black hoodie.
A surveillance camera on an ATM captured photos of the man.
