DENVER—Prosecutors have charged an 18-year-old man with first-degree murder after a shooting at an apartment complex in east Denver.
Tyree D. Bowen is accused of shooting 27-year-old Vincente Penaloza at the Lowry Heights apartment complex in the early-morning hours of Oct. 19.
The Denver Post reports () he is being held without bond at the Denver jail.
