• Because of incorrect information on a court document, a story on Page 10A Thursday incorrectly said the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission had reached a tentative lawsuit settlement with co-defendants Michael Van Gilder and Roger Parker. Only Michael Van Gilder has reached a settlement in principle, and Roger Parker was not part of the settlement.
