Lakewood police have arrested a man they believe shot another man while at a car wash on Wednesday.
Angelo Manuel Renfrow, 23, was taken into custody Thursday afternoon on suspicion of shooting a man while the two were in a vehicle at a car wash near South Kipling Street and West Jewell Avenue, according to a Friday news release from Lakewood police.
The 24-year-old victim remains in the hospital, police said.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation, but it appears the two men were acquaintances, according to the release.
