Two people were killed in a head-on traffic collision in Colorado Springs on Sunday evening.
The driver of a Toyota sedan crossed the center line into oncoming traffic on the Martin Luther King Jr. Bypass west of Circle Drive. She was killed when her car hit a Buick, police stated in a report.
A woman who was a passenger in the Buick also was killed, and its driver was in critical condition Sunday night.
No names were released.
The crash closed traffic in the area as police investigated.
