Denver-based announced Monday that Skip Sorenson has been appointed chief financial officer and Steve Reynolds as chief technology officer.
Both will report to Charlie Vogt, CEO of Harris Broadcast, with Reynolds leading product development and research and development, and Sorenson responsible for financial and information technology.
The appointments come less than a , announced it had signed an agreement to acquire Harris Broadcast for $225 million.
Vogt said that Sorenson and Reynolds “join an outstanding team that is laser focused on the challenges and opportunities facing our industry, customers and partners.
“Steve’s software and IP pedigree, most recently at Comcast, bring a cutting edge customer perspective that is ideal for guiding our product direction, while Skip’s financial acumen spanning public and private companies aligns with our long-term goals and objectives,” Vogt said in a statement.
Reynolds joins Harris from Comcast where he served as senior vice president of Consumer Premises Technology, overseeing technology strategy, roadmap and development.
Prior to Harris, Sorenson was executive vice president and chief financial officer for CompuCom.
