Lost rolls. On Nov. 25, a Douglas County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to the 1100 block of Rockhurst Drive, where a construction manager reported 10 rolls of wiring had been stolen over the weekend. He believed the rolls might have been taken by an employee for a side job and not for scrapping,

Vehicle trespass. On Nov. 25, a deputy was dispatched to the 9800 block of Thornbury Way, where a young woman had knocked on someone’s door and told them both their car doors were open. Nothing was taken from inside the vehicles.

License plate stolen. On Nov. 24, a deputy was dispatched to the 10100 block of Brady Place, where a woman reported that someone stole her license plate and broke the metal frame for it. The estimated cost of the license plate was $20. Other license plate thefts and damage were reported in the area.

Kegs stolen. On Nov. 23, a deputy responded to Parry’s Pizzeria and Bar, 9567 S. University Boulevard, where the owner reported someone had stolen 35 kegs that cost $30 each for a deposit.

Stolen computer. On Nov. 22, a deputy responded to Mountain Ridge Middle School, 10590 Mountain Vista Ridge, where a MacBook went missing. The cost is about $1,000.

Out of locks. On Nov. 21, a deputy spoke with a man who lived on the 10100 block Astorbrook Lane, where he came home one day and saw that someone had cut into a package of TSA-approved luggage locks he had ordered. He paid $60.75 for the items and did not know who stole them.
