• Because of a reporter’s error, an article on Page 4A in Tuesday’s editions incorrectly stated Denver Mayor Michael Hancock’s position on the licensing of businesses that sell recreational marijuana. Hancock recommended, and the Denver City Council passed, a two-year moratorium in which only existing medical marijuana businesses could apply for licenses to sell recreational marijuana.
