School break-in. On Jan. 13, Englewood Fire responded to a fire at Englewood High School, 3800 S. Logan St., where firefighters discovered suspects had broken into the old part of the building, caused some damage and set a few fires, setting off the fire extinguishers, which caused water damage. The investigation is continuing.

Trespassing with meth. On Jan. 12, Englewood police responded to a business on the 600 block of Englewood Parkway, where a woman would not leave the property when asked to. She was arrested and found to be in possession of a syringe containing methamphetamine.

Caught with syringe. On Jan. 11, an Englewood police officer contacted a suspicious vehicle on the 3200 block of South Acoma Street, where the driver was found with an open bottle of whiskey and methamphetamine. The passenger had a meth pipe.

Caught with syringe. On Jan. 10, an Englewood police officer contacted a woman on the 100 block of West Tufts Avenue who admitted to having a syringe for taking methamphetamine. The officer also found a glass pipe with white residue.

Bank trespassing. On Jan. 1, a Littleton police officer made contact with a man on the 1500 block of West Littleton Boulevard who was loitering near a bank, though he has been told to avoid the site. He was cited for trespassing.

Liquor store break-in. On Dec. 31, a Littleton police officer was dispatched to Advance Liquors, 7945 S. Broadway, where some men broke in and stole bottles of vodka, cigarettes and other bottles of liquor.
