There, that wasn’t so hard now, was it? We mean releasing names of those who served on the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies’ “neutral and objective panel” that investigated whether Sen. Mark Udall’s staff applied undue pressure on officials who reported Affordable Care Act cancellations.

When DORA

On Monday Kelley explained that she’d refused the requests in order to protect employees from “scurrilous accusations of partisanship” — because you know how intolerable those can be.

Later, however, Kelley relented, releasing names of panel members. But whether they qualify as “neutral and objective” is likely to spark debate. One, for example, is the former chief of staff for the state Senate Democrats.

On the bright side, though, we bet he’s familiar with accusations of partisanship.
