A DA20 aircraft crashed at a Fort Carson airfield Wednesday afternoon.
The crash occurred around 2:30 p.m. at the Butts Army Airfield, according to a news release from Fort Carson.
Two crew members were on board when the plane crashed.
They were taken to the hospital. Their conditions were not released.
The crew were on a routine training mission out of Pueblo, as part of initial flight screening, when the crash occurred, according to the release.
The incident is under investigation.
