Friday-Saturday. Music and comedy have always been cozy, but the two will share the stage on Feb. 7 when the “Mic Squeezed Tightly” show takes over the Deer Pile space above City O’ City. The event, a benefit for KGNU Community Radio, mixes stand-up from acclaimed Denver comics Mara Wiles, Kristen Rand and Jordan Doll with hip-hop from Url Gravy, Council of Word and DJ Cavem in “a demonstration of proper mic control.” 9 p.m. All ages. $10 suggested donation. 206 E. 13th St. .
