Police are looking for a driver involved in a hit-and-run incident Friday morning in southwest Denver.
Northbound lanes of South Federal Boulevard are closed near West Floyd Avenue as investigators work the scene.
The incident happened about 8:15 a.m., said Raquel Lopez, a Denver Police Department spokeswoman.
The suspect vehicle, a four-door silver or gray sedan, possibly a Nissan Sentra with a temporary tag, hit a pedestrian and the driver kept going, police said.
Details on the victim’s injuries were not immediately available.
