Police are not currently pursuing charges against a staffer at Aurora Central High School who was arrested Monday on suspicion of sexually assaulting a student with a disability, police said.
Joel Aaron Stahl, 32, will be released from jail Monday night, according to an Aurora Police Department media release.
After the arrest, police said a witness gave “new and conflicting statements,” prompting the decision.
