Q: A while back I discovered I could not download PDF files, bank statements, updates to Adobe and other programs, etc. I have a Toshiba laptop with Windows 7. Hopefully this is a setting problem or do I need to take to Geek Squad?

A: You may need to install , the program that allows users to view Adobe’s PDF files. Also, other users have encountered similar problems, and one solution has been to install Google’s Chrome browser. Chrome, available at , features a built-in PDF viewer.
