Denver police are investigating an accident Sunday night that killed one man at Evans Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard.
“We are not sure if he was laying in the roadway or was crossing,” when he was hit after 9 p.m., said police spokesman Sgt. Steve Warneke.
The vehicle that struck him didn’t leave the scene.
