DE BEQUE, Colo.—The De Beque Town Board of Trustees is considering regulations for retail marijuana after voters made recreational marijuana ventures legal.
Residents voted 69 to 65 in Tuesday’s municipal election to allow retail marijuana stores within town limits.
According to the Grand Junction Daily Sentinel ( ), a moratorium on retail marijuana businesses will be in effect through June 30 to give officials time to come up with rules.
