Throughout the year, the program has brought some unique concert experiences to Denver: The , Bun B at the Marquis Theater. Now, organizers have announced a RBSS show that brings back an old Denver favorite: , who relocated to New York a few years ago.

Pictureplane will be headlining with Brooklyn producer on May 29.

In April of 2012, Pictureplane (aka Travis Egedy) left his then-comfortable confines of Rhinoceropolis with the goal of “branching out and evolving.” Since then he’s contributed and produced a few projects, found himself on bills around Brooklyn and otherwise owning Soundcloud.

This week Chrome Sparks (aka producer Jeremy Malvin) released the vast new EP “Goddess,” which has received praise from Pitchfork and Noisey.

Denver’s and will open the show. As with other RBSS shows, the 1Up date will be free with a reservation and $5 day of show.
