Interview with Howard Yu, manager
Q: How did you get involved in this business?
A: My friends wanted to establish a PC business in Denver that is able to provide top quality products and services with competitive pricing, as they had seen many successful PC businesses on the east and west coasts. During that time, I was running a successful PC business in Maryland for many years. I fell in love with Colorado during my visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. So I moved to Denver and started up this company in 1993, and I have been managing this company ever since.
Q: What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?
A: Our knowledge and services are the keys to survive in this highly-competitive PC market. We sell from notebook and desktop computers to industrial PCs and highly-specialized blade servers. We also service all kinds of PCs, to the PC board component level. We don’t find many PC companies like us in the Denver area.
Q: What do you like best about your line of work?
A: We have many loyal customers who became our friends over the years. I’m proud of our work and happy to serve the local business and consumers for the past 21 years.
Q: What is your business’ biggest challenge?
A: To keep up with PCs and IT evolution and continue finding our niche to thrive in this highly-competitive field.
Q: Something people might be surprised to learn about you or your business:
A: We supply computer equipments to Fortune 500 companies. We do many component-level repairs.
