
1 Missing bow. On May 5, a Douglas County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to StarQuest, 16980 Cottonwood Drivein Parker, where a man reported someone had taken his compound bow for archery from a storage unit. There were no signs of forced entry and only that item was missing.
2 Garage vandalism. On May 5, a deputy was dispatched to the 10000 block of Panther Tracein Littleton where someone spray-painted the word “poop” and a smiley face on a woman’s garage door. Someone had vandalized her garage door previously while she was living in New Jersey.
3 Damage at park. On May 5, a deputy responded to Elk Ridge Park,7005 Mira Vista Lane in Castle Pines, where someone had damaged the window, paneling and toilet of one of the park’s bathrooms. The damage was valued at $950.
4 Concrete graffiti. On May 5, a deputy was dispatched to 7391 Village Square Drivein Castle Pines where someone had scratched the word “KLASP” into new concrete, which the property manager believed was associated with the Ku Klux Klan, though he doesn’t know anyone with that affiliation.
5 Painted. On May 5, a deputy was dispatched to the 5000 block of Le Duc Drivein Castle Rock where someone had spilled green and black paint on a fireplace, master bath tub and master bath window of a home under construction.
6 Damaged company car. On May 5, a deputy was dispatched to the State Farm insurance office, 9777 Pyramid Court, Englewood, where someone had damaged a company car.
