Interview with Elzbieta Ryncarz, owner
Q: How did you get involved in this business?
A: Our family got an impulse to do something different with our lives and decided to open a coffee shop, as we all like coffee and it was something we wanted to do.
Q: What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?
A: We have a different kind of coffee, one in which you can actually taste the goodness of the coffee and flavor. There is an equal balance of flavor to coffee.
Q: What do you like best about your line of work?
A: We like making coffee and enjoying the customers’ presence. We enjoy finding out new things from them that help us connect with the customers and thrive.
Q: What is your business’ biggest challenge?
A: We need to get more word out, as we are in a more secluded area. Though many people know about us and tell their friends, it is hard to connect with more people who enjoy coffee.
Q: Something people might be surprised to learn about you or your business:
A: We don’t serve the typical coffee. We serve Italian roast coffee, which is much stronger than others, but very delicious.
