
Denver Arts & Venues has announced four dates for its second annual Yoga on the Rocks program at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
instructors from around Colorado will lead the Saturday morning yoga classes at 7 a.m. July 26, Aug. 2, Aug. 9 and Aug. 16. Tickets go on sale June 1 at .
The city of at the popular park in 2012, when it said the park and attracted more than 500,000 visitors a year for fitness.
“Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre is an inspiring setting,” Amy Lindsey, Yoga on the Rocks and the Red Rocks Fitness Challenge manager, said in a release. “We are so thrilled to again offer these yoga classes in such a great environment.”
Passes to all four classes are $38 each, or yogis can buy passes to individual classes for $12 per person per class. One dollar from each admission will go to Whole Foods Market’s Whole Planet Foundation, a worldwide campaign to help people in poverty. Whole Foods will host a marketplace with free food and beverage samples at the end of each class.
