on applications for businesses that manufacture marijuana-infused products has been lifted and new rules set in place on where they can operate.

The new rules are now more in line with pot shops and means the manufacturing businesses may not locate within 1,000 feet of a school, residential child care facility, drug treatment facility or a college, university, or seminary.
