Part of Bear Creek trail will be closed starting July 28 for concrete repair work.
The mile-long stretch of trail is south of the reservoir in Bear Creek Lake Park, Lakewood said in a news release. The damage to the concrete was caused by the freeze/thaw cycle.
The work should be completed by early October.
