A man who allegedly is facing new charges, the Denver District Attorney’s Office said Tuesday.
Ryan Nuanez, 24, has been charged with vehicular homicide and vehicular assault in addition to charges of third-degree assault, driving under the influence and driving under revocation.
The crash injured four, including a 59-year-old woman who later died.
Nuanez was released on $50,000 bond and is next due in court Aug. 5.
