Colorado Springs police have arrested a suspect in a Sunday morning stabbing that left a man dead.
Officers responded to 1000 Kelly Johnson Blvd. after a stabbing was reported at about 4 a.m., according to the police blotter. They found the victim, Patrick Hampton, 31, of Tennessee, who had been stabbed several times.
Hampton died later at a hospital.
Michael Jonathan Ray, 32, of Georgia, has been arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder in connection with the stabbing, police said.
Police say they are not seeking any other suspects.
