Cabela’s Outfitters Lone Tree location is serving as title sponsor for its first annual charity fishing tournament benefitting the Douglas/Elbert Task Force for those in economic need on Saturday at Aurora Reservoir (5800 South Powhaton Rd). Fishing gets underway at 6 a.m. until weigh-in at 1:30 p.m. with a registration fee of $35 per person. Prizes will be awarded for largest walleye (first place), largest trout (second place) and largest bass (third place), through the top three fish by weight in each category. Prizes range from a Grizzly cooler to Cabela’s Guidewear jacket, rod and reel packages, cleaning tables, tackle bags and more. An expo area will also be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
