1 Car window punched out. On July 18, a woman and her boyfriend came into the Lakewood Police Department to report a case of criminal mischief. She said the night before, she was working a shift at Baker St. Pub & Grill. After the shift, she and her boyfriend drove two coworkers home to the 6300 block of West Ohio Avenue. She said one coworker became angry after being dropped off and, as the vehicle was pulling away, he punched the rear passenger-side window, shattering it. He also kicked the car door. The coworker denied the accusations and refused to pay the roughly $400 in damages.

2 Missing person returns safely. On Aug. 28, Lakewood police agents responded to the 800 block of South Swadley Street regarding a missing adult. A 28-year-old mentally disabled woman had last been seen that morning at 8:45 a.m., but was found safe that evening and returned home.

3 Car stolen. Some time between 5 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Aug. 24, a 2006 Chrysler 300 with Kansas license plates was stolen while parked in the 2800 block of Kendall Street in Edgewater.

4 Another car stolen in Edgewater. Some time between 10:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Aug. 18, a 1996 blue Honda Civic was stolen from the parking lot at the Cooler bar, 2045 Sheridan Blvd., Edgewater.
