Nuggets guard Ty Lawson, ReadyFitGo and A N’ A Basketball will kick off the basketball season on Saturday at Overland with an all-star schoolboy game featuring several of the state’s top players.

Before he reports to training camp, Lawson, along with Nick Graham of A N’ A Basketball, will form two teams for a game, including 6-foot-8 power forward De’Ron Davis of Overland, a junior and one of the nation’s top recruits. Davis, who was offered by Indiana before he put on a varsity uniform, also is courted by the likes of Arizona, Kansas and UCLA.

Invitations to play in the game also have been sent to the lieks of Denver Eastap Brian Carey, Chaparral’s Jake Holtzmann and Arvada Westap Thomas Neff.

Complete rosters are to be set on Wednesday.

The all-star game will tip off at 4 p.m. and is free of charge to the public.
